WE ARE HIRING: Sales Representative (B2B) – Custom Interior Solution

Generate Recruitment Agency is currently opening an opportunity for individuals who want to grow in the world of B2B Sales with exposure to interior projects and premium clients.

We are looking for candidates with a strong growth mindset, target-driven mentality, and confidence in handling middle-to-upper market clients. If you enjoy consultative selling, relationship building, and high-value project discussions, this position could be the right fit for you. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new business prospects and maintain existing B2B clients
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable product solutions
  • Conduct product presentations both offline and online
  • Handle price negotiations and closing deals
  • Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company

Qualifications

  • Female, aged 25–35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably B2B or high-value products
  • Background in interior design, architecture, or engineering will be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of design, aesthetics, or spatial thinking
  • Communicative, persuasive, and strong negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
  • Confident in handling middle-to-upper segment clients
  • Own vehicle preferred
  • Able to communicate in English (minimum conversational level)
