Generate Recruitment Agency is currently seeking the best candidates for the position of Sales Marketing for our client in the Cement Industry, with placement in Jakarta and Tangerang. We are looking for individuals who are target-oriented, proactive, and capable of building strong customer relationships while driving sales growth. 

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct direct selling activities for bagged cement products
• Coordinate with related teams regarding sales progress
• Identify and acquire potential customers
• Handle customer data reporting and administrative tasks
• Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure long-term cooperation
• Manage negotiation processes with customers until closing deals
  

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license (SIM) and personal vehicle
• Minimum age: 20 years old
• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in cement distribution or related industries
• Strong negotiation and customer closing skills
