Generate Recruitment Agency is Hiring: Sales Engineer (Industrial Project) – Pekanbaru

Generate Recruitment Agency is currently opening an opportunity for candidates with an engineering background and strong interest in sales & industrial projects to join as a Sales Engineer, specifically in handling projects within the Pulp & Paper sector.

We are looking for individuals who are technically capable, proactive in building client relationships, and able to bridge technical engineering solutions with business opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify technical needs and project opportunities from clients
  • Conduct product presentations and project proposals while providing technical solutions based on customer requirements
  • Coordinate with the engineering team regarding project requirements
  • Carry out sales activities such as client visits, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Prepare daily activity reports and project progress updates

Qualifications

  • Male/Female, aged 23–28 years old
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.10
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Engineer
  • Preferably have exposure to Pulp & Paper industry or industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of technical engineering concepts
  • Able to conduct technical presentations and handle project discussions
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, analytical thinking, and strong time management skills
