Open Hiring: Marketing Staff (Engineering)

Mangga Besar, West Jakarta
Total Take Home Pay ± IDR 5,500,000 + Performance-Based Commission
Work From Office | Monday–Saturday | 09.00 AM – 05.00 PM

A company engaged in industrial product distribution and trading is currently expanding its team and opening opportunities for the position of Marketing Staff (Engineering).

We are looking for candidates who are target-oriented, confident when dealing with customers, and eager to grow in a performance-based commission system. Corporate translation: people who can survive rejection, follow up consistently, and still sound professional after clients disappear for two weeks then suddenly ask for a revised quotation at midnight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers (B2B and other potential buyers)
  • Conduct product presentations, customer approaches, and price negotiations
  • Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements
  • Create and manage sales invoices
  • Follow up with customers until deal closing
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Contribute to achieving the company's sales targets


Qualifications

  • Age between 23–35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Economics, Management, or Marketing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel for sales administration
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and/or English will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with high adaptability
  • Willing to work with a target-oriented system
