Generate Recruitment Agency, together with our client in the Property Developer & Housing industry, is currently looking for a Property Sales Supervisor who is ready to lead a team toward outstanding sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a solid, target-oriented sales team
• Supervise daily sales activities and ensure strategies are executed effective
• Analyze team performance and provide recommendations to improve productivity
• Prepare regular and accurate sales reports
• Optimize promotional activities and marketing strategies through digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Facebook Ads
• Build a strong sales culture focused on discipline, growth, and result

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the property industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and property sales strategies
• Energetic, target-driven, and possess strong leadership qualitie
• Able to work under pressure and manage teams effectively
