Generate Recruitment Agency is currently entrusted by our client to find a Sales Supervisor who possesses a strategic mindset, target-oriented approach, and strong capability in driving sales growth through digital channels and marketplace platforms.

We are looking for candidates who are adaptive to digital business trends, data-driven in decision making, and capable of leading marketplace sales optimization effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage and optimize marketplace performance across platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, and TikTok Shop
• Handle promotional activities and digital advertising campaigns
• Analyze sales data and market trends to support strategic decision making
• Lead marketplace sales optimization through promotional strategies, performance analysis, and campaign management to ensure sales targets are achieved
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; experience leading a team will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and digital selling flow
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communicative, organized, and possess leadership capabilities
• Responsible, proactive, and highly initiative-driven
