Generate Recruitment Agency is Hiring: HRD Manager (Manufacturing) – Medan

Generate Recruitment Agency is currently entrusted by our client, a Manufacturing & Construction company, to find an experienced HRD Manager who will play a strategic role in strengthening the Human Resources function both operationally and from a business perspective. This role is expected to become a strategic business partner for management and ensure all HR processes run effectively, systematically, and in alignment with the company's growth. Because apparently companies finally realized humans are not just payroll decorations. Revolutionary concept.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, including manpower planning and KPI management
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from hiring to employee onboarding
  • Develop and execute performance management systems
  • Manage compensation & benefits while ensuring HR budget efficiency
  • Handle industrial relations matters, including labor dispute resolution
  • Supervise general affairs and ensure smooth office operations
  • Develop training & development programs to improve employee competencies
  • Ensure all HR administration and policies comply with applicable labor regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at HRD Manager level
  • Preferably experienced in the manufacturing industry, especially companies with multiple branches or operational sites
  • Strong understanding of all HR functions, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations
  • Familiar with HRIS systems and HR data management
  • Strong leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities

  • Placement: Medan (Head Office)
  • Working system: Work From Office (Monday – Friday, 08.00 AM – 05.00 PM)
