Job Brief

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand market reach in the plywood industry. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, possesses strong sales and communication skills, and is capable of building long-term relationships with customers while delivering tailored product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plywood / wood panel market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
  • Conduct regular sales visits and customer meetings (online/offline)
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and closing deals professionally
  • Represent the company in a professional manner to strengthen brand reputation

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales; experience in plywood/wood industry is preferred
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales process and client relationship management
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic solutions
  • Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
